Requests and forms
Add people, prefill what you know, and change a form.
#What is the difference between a request and a form?
A request goes to a list of people. Each person gets a personal, prefilled link, reminders, and a place in "who is still missing?". A form has one open link for anyone, for a post, a website, or a printed QR code. A form has no list, no reminders, and no due date.
#How do I add people?
Give your AI a list of names and emails, or a CSV with an email column. Or open the request in the app and paste the list. Each person gets their own link.
#Can I prefill what I already know?
Yes. Add columns to your list with the same names as the questions, for example company or job_title. Each person sees their own values and fills only the gaps. See the guide Prefill from a spreadsheet.
#Can I start from a template?
Yes. On New request and New form, pick a template, or browse all of them. It opens as a copy that you can change before you use it.
#Can I change a form after I send it?
Yes. Ask your AI to change it, or paste a new version in the app. The people and their links stay, and answers stay for the questions you keep.
#Can people read a document before they sign?
Yes, on the Pro and Business plans. Ask your AI to add the policy, the terms, or a PDF link to the form. People must scroll to the end, or open the PDF, before they can confirm. Your AI can tell you who read it.
#Can the form look like our brand?
Yes. Pick one of 8 styles, or describe the look you want in plain words. On Pro and Business, your logo replaces the AllBack badge. Fully custom pages run in a sandbox, and people can always open the standard view.
