Free photo to form converter

Take a photo of a paper form. Get an online form.

Snap a paper form with your phone, or upload a picture or a scan. AllBack reads the photo and makes an online form with the same questions, ready to share. Then it can send the form to your list and remind the people who have not answered.

We never keep your photo. No account to try. Have a PDF? Use PDF to form.

How it works

From paper to a link in three steps

  1. 1. Snap the form

Take a photo with your phone, or upload a JPG, PNG, WebP, or a scan. A PDF works too.

  2. 2. Check the questions

AllBack reads the photo and writes each question with the right type. See the new form at once.

  3. 3. Share it, or send it

Use the form: share one open link, or send it to a list of people. AllBack reminds the people who have not answered.

What it finds

The right question type, not just text boxes

A line for a date becomes a date question. Tick boxes become a choice with the same options. A signature line becomes a signature pad. A photo of a filled-in form works too: AllBack reads only the labels and the boxes.

Tips

How to take a good photo of a form

  1. Lay it flatPut the form on a table, not in your hand. Smooth out folds.
  2. Use daylightStand near a window. Turn off the flash, and keep your shadow off the page.
  3. Fill the frameHold the phone straight above the page, so the whole form is in the photo and nothing else.
  4. One page, one photoFor a form with several pages, scan them into one PDF, or convert each page.

After the form

Now get the answers back

The new form is a normal AllBack form. Share one open link for anyone, or send it to a list of people. Each person gets a personal link, and AllBack reminds only the people who have not answered.

Questions

Is the photo to form converter free?

Yes. You can convert 3 files a day with no account, and 20 a day when you sign in. The form you make is a normal AllBack form on the free plan.

Which photos work?

JPG, PNG, and WebP pictures up to 10 MB, from a phone camera, a scanner, or a screenshot. PDF files work too. The sharper the photo, the better the result.

The paper form is already filled in. Is that a problem?

No. AllBack reads only the labels and the boxes, and never copies what someone wrote on the form. The new form is empty.

Do you keep my file?

No. AllBack sends the file to the AI model that reads it, and then forgets it. We never save the file. The form keeps only the questions.

Can I change the form after it is made?

Yes. After you sign in, the form is yours. Change the questions, the style, and the logic, like any AllBack form.

Does it work for forms in other languages?

Yes. The online form keeps the language of your file.
