The database and the uploaded files are stored in the EU jurisdiction of Cloudflare. You do not need to pick a region: all data stays in the EU.

We do not sell data, we show no ads, and we do not train AI on your forms or answers.
You sign in with a 6-digit code from your email. For sensitive forms, turn on “Verify it is you” (Pro and Business): the form opens only after a code sent to the person’s own email.
Every email has a one-click “Stop reminders” link and a “Report” link. People need no account to answer.
In the European Union. AllBack runs on Cloudflare, and the database and the uploaded files are stored in the EU jurisdiction of Cloudflare. Emails go through Resend.
AllBack is built to help you meet your GDPR duties. Your data is stored in the EU, and there is a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Sign-in needs no password, and there are no ad pixels. For your forms, you are the controller, and AllBack processes the answers for you under the DPA.

Cloudflare hosts AllBack and stores the data in its EU jurisdiction. Resend sends the emails. Stripe handles payments. Cloudflare and Resend are US companies. The privacy policy lists every provider and the legal basis for each transfer.
