Fair use
Forms and answers are unlimited on every AllBack plan. This page says what “unlimited” means, so there are no surprises.
Normal use is always fine
Collecting answers from the people you work with, your community, or your customers is exactly what AllBack is for. You never need to count answers.
When we contact you
- A workspace gets more than 10,000 answers in a month.
- Files use much more storage than the plan includes.
- Sending looks like bulk marketing, not requests to people you know.
Then we write to you first, and we look for a good plan together. We give at least 7 days of notice. We never stop answers or delete them without notice.
What is never allowed
Phishing, and asking for passwords, bank logins, or payment card numbers. Spam, and email to people who did not expect it. Illegal content, harassment, and anything that hurts the people who answer.
For these, we close the form at once, and we may close the account.
How we check
Automatic checks, including AI review, look at new forms, open links, and applications for free access. People can report any form, and three reports close it. Unclaimed forms take at most 3 answers and send no email.
