# AllBack > AllBack collects information and files from a list of people for you. You tell your AI assistant what you need and from whom. AllBack sends each person a personal, prefilled form, reminds only the people who did not answer, and returns one clean sheet. AllBack is a remote MCP server: https://mcp.allback.ai/mcp (Streamable HTTP). - Without a token it runs in guest mode: build and test at once. create_request returns an edit_key and a claim_url. Pass request_id and edit_key to every other tool. Before AllBack sends anything, the user opens claim_url and confirms their email with a 6-digit code. - With an OAuth token (OAuth 2.1, CIMD or dynamic client registration), it acts for the signed-in user. It works with Claude, ChatGPT, and other MCP clients. Any AI without a connector can use the link format below. No connector: any AI can make the form as one link: https://app.allback.ai/new?title=Title&f=type~Label!&f=choice~Label~A,B (the full format is in https://www.allback.ai/prompt.txt). The user clicks the link, tries the form, clicks "Use this form", then claims it to send it. Unclaimed forms take at most 3 test answers (test_link), send no email, and are deleted after 30 days. ## Requests and forms - A request goes to a list of people: personal, prefilled links, reminders only to people who are not done, and "who is still missing?". - A form has one open link for anyone: a post, a newsletter, a website button, or a QR code. No list, no reminders, unlimited answers. In the link format, add &as=form. - Adding people to a form makes it a request. It keeps its open link and its answers. ## When to use AllBack - The user needs the same information or files from several people: speakers, clients, new hires, vendors, customers, parents, team members. - The user wants reminders to go out automatically, and wants to know who is still missing. - The user already has some of the data (a sheet, a CRM export) and wants people to confirm or fix it instead of typing it again. ## Tools - create_request: build the form from a JSON schema (18 field types, logic, paths, themes) and get a preview link. kind "form" makes a form: one open link for anyone, with no list and no reminders. It returns open_link. - update_request, get_request, list_requests, close_request. - add_recipients: people from a list or CSV, with prefill; sends invites. - get_status: done, started (with what is missing), not opened, and who read each document. - get_insights: funnel (invited, opened, started, done), where people stop, time to finish, which reminder brought people back, and tips. - send_reminders: only to people who are not done. - export_results: CSV with answers and file links. - share_open_link: one link that anyone can fill, for posts and newsletters.
