Each person you add to a request, with a personal link, counts once in the month. It does not matter how many reminders they get. 24 speakers with 3 reminders each count as 24 people, not 96 emails. Test answers, previews, and open-link answers do not count.
Yes, on every plan, with fair use. Normal use never hits a limit. If a workspace gets more than 10,000 answers a month, or uses much more storage than its plan, we contact you first. We never stop answers without notice. Read the fair use policy.
New invites pause, and your AI tells you. Everyone you already asked still gets their reminders, and you never lose an answer. You can upgrade, or wait for next month.
Yes, free forever, with no card. It has unlimited forms and answers, and it chases up to 50 people a month. Upgrade when you need more, and cancel any time.
Yes. Schools, universities, nonprofits, charities, and volunteer-run communities get the Business plan free, forever. Apply here.
Automatic checks, including AI review, look at new forms and applications. Forms that are not claimed take at most 3 answers and send no email. Anyone can report a form, and three reports close it at once.
Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month. Yearly plans stop at the end of the year. Your forms and answers stay yours, and you can export them at any time.
Prices are in US dollars. They do not include VAT or sales tax. Customers in the EU see VAT at checkout.
