Use casesNonprofits and volunteer groups

Stop chasing volunteers. Let the forms follow up.

AllBack makes forms for nonprofits that follow up by themselves. Volunteers, members, and partners each get a personal link. Only the people who have not answered get a reminder.

How it works

  1. 1

    Say what you need

Tell your AI, or start from a template. Paste the names and emails.

Ask our 30 volunteers which shifts they can do at the summer fair: Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon, or Sunday. Also ask their T-shirt size. Due Friday. Here is the list.

  2. 2

    Everyone gets their own link

You check the preview. Then each person gets an email with a personal link.

  3. 3

    AllBack follows up

Reminders go only to people who are not done. You see who is still missing.

It works in Claude, ChatGPT, and any AI. No AI? Start from a template on the web.

♥ AllBack for good

Questions

Is AllBack free for nonprofits?

Yes. Registered nonprofits, charities, and volunteer-run groups get the Business plan free, forever. You apply once, and we check it by hand. Until then, you can start on the free plan.

Do volunteers need an account?

No. Each person opens their personal link and answers. Only you, the sender, have an account.

Can people sign documents?

Yes. A form can show a document that people must read first, and then ask for their signature. AllBack records who read it and who signed.

Where is the data stored?

In the EU. AllBack is made by a German company, and the database and files are stored in the EU jurisdiction of Cloudflare.

What if someone is not on our list?

Turn on one open link next to the personal links. Post it in your newsletter or as a QR code, and anyone can answer.
