Reminders and emails

When reminders go out, and who sends the emails.

#When do reminders go out?

Only to people who are not done. With a due date: 3 days before, 1 day before, and on the due day. Without a due date: 3 days and 7 days after the invite. You can change the plan or turn reminders off.

#Can I send a reminder now?

Yes. Ask your AI to remind them, with a short note if you want. Nobody gets two reminders within 12 hours.

#Can people stop the reminders?

Yes. Every email has a link to stop reminders, and a link to report the form.

#Who sends the emails?

AllBack sends them for you. Replies go to your email. On the Business plan, the emails come from your own domain.
