Teams and organizations

Invite teammates, set roles, and share with a team.

#What is an organization?

The workspace for your requests, forms, members, and plan. You can belong to more than one organization and switch between them at the top of the app.

#How do I invite a teammate?

Open People, then Members, and invite them by email. Only the invited email can accept. Owners and admins can invite.

#What can each role do?

  • Owner: everything, also billing and roles.
  • Admin: members and teams, and every request.
  • Member: their own requests, and the requests shared with their teams.

#How do I share a request with a team?

Open the request, and pick the team under "Who sees it". Everyone in that team can then see and manage it. A request that you do not share stays private to you, and to owners and admins.
