What is free, what counts as a person, and cancelling.

#Is AllBack free?

Yes. Forms and answers are unlimited on every plan. The free plan chases up to 50 people a month. See pricing.

#What counts as a person?

A person counts once a month, for each person you add to a request with a personal link. Reminders do not count. Test answers, previews, and open-link answers do not count.

#What happens at the limit?

New invites pause, and your AI tells you. Everyone you already asked still gets reminders. You never lose an answer.

#Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month, and yearly plans at the end of the year. You can export your answers at any time.

#Is it free for schools and nonprofits?

Yes. Schools, universities, nonprofits, charities, and volunteer-run communities get the Business plan for free. Apply here.
