Prefill from a spreadsheet

Send each person a form with what you already know. They only fill the gaps.

Why prefill

People answer faster when half the form is already done. They check what you know, fix what changed, and add the rest. For a contact check, this can be one click: "Confirm".

Make the sheet

Export your list as CSV. It needs:

  • an email column,
  • a name column (optional),
  • one column for each question you want to prefill.

Name the columns like the questions, for example company for "Company". Your AI matches them. An empty cell stays empty in the form.

Send it

Give the CSV to your AI and say "Send this to everyone on the list". On the dashboard, paste it into the people box of the request.

Change it later

Send the same email again with new values. AllBack updates the prefill, and the person keeps the same link.

Tips

  • Prefill only what you are sure about. People trust a form that is right.
  • For private details, turn on "Verify it is you". The form then opens only after a code sent to the person's own email.
