The default plan
Reminders go only to people who are not done:

| Without a due date | 3 days and 7 days after the invite |
People who finished get nothing. People who started come back to their saved answers.
Change the plan
Tell your AI, for example "Remind them 5 days and 1 day before the date". To send no reminders at all, say "No reminders".
Send one now
Say "Remind everyone who is not done, and say it is the last day." Nobody gets two reminders within 12 hours, so a quick second click does no harm.
Respect people's inbox
- Every email names you as the sender.
- Every email has a link to stop reminders, and a link to report the form.
- Keep the note short and kind. "Only 2 days left, it takes 3 minutes" works better than a long email.
