Open link: one link for everyone
Use an open link when you do not have a list, for example for a newsletter, a group chat, or a website.
- Ask your AI for an open link, or turn it on for the request on your dashboard.
- Anyone with the link can answer. Each browser keeps its own draft.
- Open-link answers show in your export, next to the people you invited.
- Open-link answers get no emails and no reminders.
Personal links: one link for each person
Use personal links when you know who must answer. They get reminders, their own prefilled answers, and you see who is still missing.
You can use both in one request.
Private forms: verify it is you
For private requests, turn on "Verify it is you". The form opens only after the person enters a code sent to their own email. So a forwarded link does not show their answers to someone else.
What never to ask
Never ask for passwords, one-time codes, card numbers, or bank details. AllBack refuses such forms. See the fair use policy.
