1. Say what you need
In your AI app, say what you need, from whom, and by when. For example:
Collect bios and headshots from our 24 speakers by October 9. Keep it clean, like a document.
No connector yet? Use the Any AI link. With a connector in Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, your AI does every step below for you.
2. Check the preview
AllBack makes the form and gives you a preview link. Open it and look at it like one of your speakers would. Want a change? Say it: "Add a T-shirt size question", or "Make it one question at a time".
You can also try the form with the test link. It takes up to 3 test answers.
3. Confirm your email
The first time you send, AllBack asks for your email and sends you a 6-digit code. There is no password.
4. Add the people
Give your AI the list: names and emails, or a CSV with an email column. Each person gets a personal link. If you know something already, like the talk title, put it in the list, and AllBack fills it in for them. See Prefill from a spreadsheet.
5. Let it run
- Ask "who is still missing?" at any time.
- Late people get reminders by themselves. See Reminders that work.
- At the end, ask for the answers as one sheet.
