To see who has not filled out a form, you need two things. First, the list of people you asked. Second, a personal link for each person. A normal form link shows only the answers you got. The people who never answered stay invisible.
Why one shared link cannot tell you
With one link for everyone, you only see who answered. To find who is missing, you compare the answers with your list by hand. Export the answers, put the emails next to your list in a spreadsheet, and look for the gaps. People who typed a different email, or forwarded the link, break the match.
The steps with AllBack
- Start from your list. Paste the names and emails, or a CSV file from your spreadsheet. Add what you already know, so each form is prefilled.
- Send a personal link to each person. Each link belongs to one person, so every answer is matched to a name.

Can I do this with Google Forms?
Only by hand. Collect the email of each person in the form, export the answers, and compare them with your list in a spreadsheet. Google Forms has no list of the people you asked.

No. Each person opens their personal link, answers, and sends. Their answers save as they type.
