Why we built AllBack

Every project needs something from someone. A bio. A logo. A signature. A yes or a no.

We are a small team in Berlin. We have built software and products for a decade, and in every project we did the same thing: we sent an email, we waited, and we asked again. Then we copied the answers into a spreadsheet by hand.

The problem is not the form

Form tools are good at forms. But a form is only the first step. The real work comes after it:

• Who got the link?
• Who opened it, and who forgot?
• Who do I remind, and when?
• Where is the logo that someone sent in a chat?

This is the part that takes the evenings.

What AllBack does

You ask once. AllBack does the rest:

1. Each person gets their own link, with what you already know filled in.
2. Only the people who forget get a reminder.
3. You get one clean sheet with every answer and every file.

And you do not have to learn a new tool. Tell your AI what you need, in your own words. It builds the form, and AllBack sends it.

Schools, nonprofits, and communities organize a lot of people, and nobody pays them to chase. So for them, AllBack is free, forever.
