The best free Doodle alternatives in 2026
7 free tools to find a meeting time: AllBack, Doodle, Rallly, Calendly Meeting Polls, Framadate, When2meet, and Outlook. Accounts, reminders, time zones.
A free Doodle alternative lets you propose a few times, share one link, and see when most people can come. All seven tools below do that, and people vote without an account in most of them. They differ in reminders for people who have not voted, in time zones, and in what happens when you pick the time. We checked each tool on its own website in October 2026, and every fact links to its source below.

AllBack
AllBack's meeting poll is free for up to 100 people in each poll, with no ads. You tap a few days in a calendar, add times or keep whole days, and share one link. People vote Yes, If needed, or No, with no account.
- Reminders for the people who forget. Add people by email, and AllBack reminds only the ones who have not voted: the day before the deadline, and on the deadline day.
- Time zones. You pick the times in your zone. Each person sees them in theirs.
- The final time. When you pick it, everyone with an email gets it, with a calendar file for any calendar app and a Google Calendar link.
- Private answers. Hide the votes, so only you see who can come.
- The organizer signs in with a free AllBack account, with a code by email and no password.
Doodle
Doodle's group poll works without an account for the people who vote: they give a name and an email. Each person sees the times in their own time zone, and the "if need be" answer is always on. The free plan includes one group poll with up to 10 time slots, and it shows ads. Deadlines and automatic reminders for people who have not voted are on the paid plans. Doodle's Pro plan costs $11 a seat a month, billed yearly.
Rallly
Rallly is a free meeting poll with no ads, and its code is open source. Neither the organizer nor the voters need an account. People see the times in their own zone, and answer Yes, If need be, or No. When you finalize the poll, Rallly emails a calendar invite to the people you select, on every plan. Email invites and hidden votes are on its Pro plan, and free polls are deleted 30 days after the last date.
Calendly Meeting Polls
Calendly includes meeting polls on every plan, with no ads. Anyone with the link can vote without a Calendly account, and people see the times in their own zone. When you book the time, Calendly sends calendar invites. A poll has up to 40 time slots and 40 people, and Calendly says reminders are not supported for meeting polls. Votes cannot change after they are sent.
Framadate
Framadate is run by Framasoft, a French non-profit. It is free, with no ads, and nobody signs up: the organizer manages the poll with a private admin link. People answer Yes, No, or If needed, and the organizer can hide the results. The times are free text, for example "8 a.m." or "morning".
When2meet
When2meet is a free, compact availability grid, with ads. It asks for no contact or billing details. The organizer picks one time zone for the event.
Outlook Scheduling Poll
Outlook's Scheduling Poll (formerly FindTime) works for organizers with a Microsoft 365 business plan that includes Exchange Online. It reads the free and busy times of people in your organization, and suggests times. People outside the organization vote with a link, and answer Prefer, Yes, or No. A poll has up to 15 time options, and Outlook can send the meeting invite by itself when everyone agrees.
How to choose
Ask three questions about your group:
- Will people forget to vote? Then pick a tool that reminds only the people who have not voted.
- Are people in different time zones? Then pick a tool that shows each person their own zone.
- Do you want the final time in everyone's calendar? Then pick a tool that sends a calendar file or an invite when you pick the time.

Which meeting poll sends reminders to people who have not voted?
AllBack sends them automatically and for free, the day before the deadline and on the deadline day. Doodle sends automatic reminders on its paid plans.
