Several form builders now work inside ChatGPT and Claude, through an app, a connector, or an MCP server. They differ in what the AI can do. Some build forms and read answers. Google Forms and Microsoft Forms have no connector of their own: Claude's Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connectors do not include them.
